| Hi everyone, had a procedure yesterday for pain on left side, all is good it was adhesions stuck to the abdominal wall so all has been repaired. whilst there check out the sleeve and it is perfect, so apart from being sore and tired. all is good .

| Hi. I am ten months out and have the pain for a couple of months now, worse when I exercise , but there when I eat as well. my doctor has done a ct scan, no nasties, but i have adhesions on my abdominal wall, I am having a laparoscopy next week, for a look and see. I use a heat pak to ease the pain. and i have slowed down eating, and drinking water. this may not help as you guys are only a little way from op date. if it persists see your doctor. let me know how you go.

| I've also got pain on the left side under the ribcage but I'm only 17 days post op. It's kinda there most of the time, gets worse when I eat, gets better when I stand up or lie down, and somehow reflects/migrates on my back (exactly the same spot, but on my back, if that makes any sense). Have you got any ideas? | |

| Something to consider might be gallstones...
My mums gallstones presented with Left sided pain, not the usual right sided pain....took them a bit to work it out.

| Hi Tigga,
The best advise I can give you is to go to the doctor. If something persists then it should be looked at.
Good luck Hugs Gail

| Hi - I am suffering with severe pain in left side under rib- i thought it was due to exercise and muscle strain, but then it comes after eating spicy food (so no longer have that) now it is coming after just having a cup of tea. not sure what to do, sometimes it is really intense and others times just a throbbing pain just always there, worse when you take a deep breath. has anyone experienced this.
