id say eat some fruit before you start to give a quick energy hit.keep well hydrated;you will be able to drink water and start slowly
build up the time and intensity as you feel comfortable,

Energy Question Empty

Hi Team J

I’m a sporty chic and love to play just about anything. Once i lose the weight i know sport will be great again and will be easy, but what about energy??

How have you gone playing sport or exercise with a lot less food?

I hate that feeling of passing out and well if i don’t eat enough before sport it happens, any help would be great?

Do you change your eating if you know you’re going to exercise?

Water, how much can you drink while exercising, normally i have over a litre!
