| Thanks for the advice. Mid afternoon is the worst and last night was in bed at 7.30! Will try and get in some early morning excercise and some fluids and see how I go. | |

| I have found a big energy boost in exercising and making my own juice. I really feel better after an early morning walk followed by fresh juice, sets me up for the day. | |

| Berocca if you can stomach it. Let it sit for the bubblest to subside.
Also, I use Powerade Zero to get me through the 2.30 - 5pm energy zap in my work day and sometimes on weekends too if I am feeling a bit dehydrated and need a pick me up. | |

| Hi Just wondered if anyone had any tips on boosting energy levels? I've had a good weight loss this week but struggling to do the bare minimum to keep the house running and the kids fed (oh and the full time job lol). Any advice gratefully received even if its just a reminder to drink more water and eat more protein! Thanks | |
