Energy level Empty
PostSubject: Re: Energy level   Energy level EmptySun 30 Mar 2014, 9:04 am

For me it took about 4-5 months before I really felt good again. I had a text book surgery and recovery but really struggled where my energy levels were concerned. Lots of rests when you can and time are what our bodies need. It's tough as physically we are healed but the insides take a little more time to recover xxxx

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to get your energy level back up?  I have been grocery shopping today and kind of just out and about and now I am totally exhausted, I would have thought 10 weeks out I would have more energy
I think you would have been, had you not had all the hassles that you have so far had. Having said that I think it really is one day at a time. For instance yesterday I went for 2 walks and felt fine. Today I have been really tired and I really struggled with the one walk I did.

Just make sure you are getting enough protein and plenty of rest.
