im also new
and im 8 weeks post op and i have had the same rapid wieght loss i went to my docotor and he said i was losing to quickly, but im just so sick an tierd of carrying the weight im gonna keep up my training / deit
i play basketball 3 times a week and do a gym program 3 times a weeks
i cant eat alot 2 or 3 mouthfuls and im done
ive lost 32.5 do date but im gonna try and get down to 120 by christmas just for my own personal gift to me that would mean i would have lost 45kgs in 2 1/2 months yea.

Hi Hollie and welcome to the forum.

Everyone loses differently, depends on how much you have to lose, your diet, exercise, lots of factors.
So I don't think there is a normal, if you know what I mean.
17.5 kgs is fantastic, great work!

I never had any nausea or vomiting, so not much help there.
But if it continues I would be seeing your surgeon.

Hi Guys,just signed up tonight....I just need to talk to people who have had the sleeve.Well ive lost 17.4kg in 5wks is this normal? I still really cant hold much down at all still on soups.Just a bit scared ive heard some people can bring solid stuff back up.Just need some advice..Cheers
