| I was planning on doing the same. I can't see why that wouldn't work? Just use low-carb protein < 10 gm/100gm. | |

| Hi all, just after some input from you guys re protein. I am currently day 7 post op, and due to some non sleeve related complications I am still in hospital. My plan was going to be, when I go home, make my protein drinks using a regular type 'sports' type protein and have my multi each day rather than use the opti or Sustagen (because I don't like them). If I do this, and add unflavoured protein powder to my soups, is this ok nutrition wise?? | |
