| I'm a real apple shape. My middle is slowly, imperceptibly losing cms, but it's my arse and legs that are really noticeable. My legs are sticks and arse has COMPLETELY disappeared. I'm not joking - there is nothing there. I'm considering buying underwear that has inserts for bottom pads (like shoulder pads but for your butt!). | |

| My face & neck were the first place people noticed.
Then my chest (to my hubbies horror) and the rest of my body seems to follow suit. |

| I think losing it from the face first is that it holds the less amount of fat and weight... then shoulders etc etc...... I don't care... as long as it comes off and stays off! LOL | |

| I'm definitely losing it from the top down. Face first, chest and waist. I'm still waiting for the hips to go - even though the cms are going just not quick enough. | |

My waist has been pretty steadily moving along too...alas the boobs arent moving as quick as I would like but I think I have lost about 7cms??? | |

I been talking to some family who know I be having the surgery...A few of them have been making remarks like, You will lose it from your face first, Your belly, Your backside blah blah...
I'm curious to know from all those who have had the sleeve,
"where did you notice the weight falling off first"
