When can i change?

Hi All,

I was lucky enough to have increased my Bupa cover in time to be covered under my current already completed waiting period.
It is insanely expensive though and now that the surgery is done I really want to look around at my options to get a cheaper one.
Can I just do that or is there a time that I have to wait between the claims and swapping? I cant seem to find a clear answer online!

I would imagine that once your claim is paid out there is nothing stopping you changing. 

You would need to disclose to your new HF though that you have had WLS just the same as any other pre-exisiting conditions, if it is on their application form.

Ask when you make enquires with new funds...

I too had to upgrade mine last June, I had my surgery 3rd November and switched back to the cover I had prior within 8-10 weeks (I cant remember the exact time I swapped it back).
