Yes, it does say what week each phase is on.
I'll send you a private message and we can swap emails etc.
Be sure to take the copy to your dietitian so he/she can see it too.

Hi Daisy.
I'd definately recommend seeing a dietitian.
I saw mine before and after op, she gave me food lists and menus for each stage.

When I was in the puree stage (up to week 4) I cooked beef stew in slow cooker and pureed each portion. Baked beans (pureed) - soft poached egg (pureed) - lean chicken mince in gravy or sauce (pureed). High protien meals are very important.

I'm 4 weeks post op now and have just moved on to mashed/soft food.
Another 2 weeks and I can progress on to normal food.
Take it slowly and allow your body to heal.
Let me know if you would like a copy of my food list/menu stages :)

Hi I'm new to the site and am 2 weeks post op, was wonderng when I can start to eat some soft soild foods and what foods are the best. Would you recommend that I go and see a dietician and get some advice. Thanks heaps
