Accessing super for a tummy tuck post op?

I haven't heard of being able to access Super for plastic surgery. Normally it it only available for very limited reasons such as 

• severe financial hardship
  
  
• certain compassionate grounds
  
  
• a terminal medical condition
  
  
• permanent or temporary incapacity.
  
  

I would be interested to know how she did it,

Hi all, I was doing some googling tonight on the whole super access thing and found an article that talked about a lady who accessed her super for surgery, and then again for a tummy tuck and boob job after losing weight.

Does anyone know any info on doing this? I didn't think it would be possible but sounds great if we can. I have a few friends wanting to get the loose skin removed.
