Eat Slowly App Empty

App sounds good!! Thanks for this. I find I sometimes eat too fast if I get excited about what I'm eating and then majorly regret it.

Here is the fork link (runs data back to an app)
Will be an app telling me how many times I was itchy soon I swear!

I think I've been eating too fast too Beaches, but I made a concerted effort today and it was much better.  Food sat well in my tummy and no tight uncomfortable feeling.  Not sure I could stick to an app though, lol, but I might explore it if I don't get the speed thing under control myself.

Interesting, will check it out.
I saw a spoon & fork that do the same thing somewhere along the line.  It beeps or something when it's time for next bite.  Very James Bond, coz I think you could put it in stealth mode where a light? came on and off instead of the sound or something like that.

Eat Slowly App Empty
PostSubject: Eat Slowly App   Eat Slowly App EmptyThu 23 Oct 2014, 1:14 am

Hi everyone, i saw my dietitian yesterday and confessed that I don't think I am chewing my food enough and am eating too fast, so a couple of spoons of food then pain then no more food. She suggested this app for the phone "eat slowly" which gives a vital timer on when you can have the next mouthful. Just thought I'd post it here in case anyone else is in the same boat.
Cheers
