| App sounds good!! Thanks for this. I find I sometimes eat too fast if I get excited about what I'm eating and then majorly regret it. | |

| I think I've been eating too fast too Beaches, but I made a concerted effort today and it was much better. Food sat well in my tummy and no tight uncomfortable feeling. Not sure I could stick to an app though, lol, but I might explore it if I don't get the speed thing under control myself. | |

| Interesting, will check it out. I saw a spoon & fork that do the same thing somewhere along the line. It beeps or something when it's time for next bite. Very James Bond, coz I think you could put it in stealth mode where a light? came on and off instead of the sound or something like that. | |

| Hi everyone, i saw my dietitian yesterday and confessed that I don't think I am chewing my food enough and am eating too fast, so a couple of spoons of food then pain then no more food. She suggested this app for the phone "eat slowly" which gives a vital timer on when you can have the next mouthful. Just thought I'd post it here in case anyone else is in the same boat. Cheers | |
