What tablets are you taking?

Thanks for the replies so far ,keep them coming.

I was sleeved just over 3 months ago.

Each morning I take:

Nexium (reflux)
Vitamin D 5000iu
Nutrichew Multi-vitamin

I'll be seeing my Dr on the 14th, and check if I can stop taking Nexium. I have often gone a few days without them with no issues.
I like the chalky taste of the NutriChews too!

hi btgirl I had my surgery in August last year and the only tablets I am taking are:

Centrum 50plus - multivitamin

Somac -for reflux

Vitamin D

I have not been taking anything for hair loss as it has not been a noticeable problem for me so far. Also I have not been taking anything for my skin. I am exercising at the gym 6 days a week - 3 days of weights and 3 days of cardio. I am doing the weights to try and build up muscle definition in my arms and thighs to hopefully help with the loss skin. I will see how I go.

I thought it might be good to have lists of what tablets people are taking to help them with their recovery and what the tablet is for.....ie which one for skin, or what you take to help with hair loss...
