| Thanks for that, I found it very helpful! Wish I had seen it before I had my check up post op, would have questioned my doctor on a few things! | |

| Hi out there, I also found this site with the manula by accident, and thought the manual brilliant, and sent it to a couple of friends whom are thinking about having a weight loss procedure. I am a newbie and only been done 8 days but so happy about the loss of weight starting to happen already, though dying for a decent meal at times but must admit that I am not hungry, so yep goodbye to the awful hunger hormones. My biggest discomfort is sore shoulder blades, which I can't seem to get rid of . Disey | |

| yep Lin i thought so think its brilliant for newbies
and yeh Demi - i found any red meat i had before 4-5 months i couldnt keep down unless it was mince its way to heavy for a healing tummy so its good advice.
seriously alot of info in there i would take as gospel as most the long termers they will agree.
but some of the medications i was surprised by like nurofen and advil! | |

| That is interesting. I wonder if it will match what the dietician says. No red meat for 4 months? | |

| What a great "sleevers manual" I got all that info from my surgeons office but in dribs & drabs would have been good to have it as one package thanks for sharing I will be passing on to my two GF who have just had their sleeves done.
