I know when I was undertaking my journey I was looking for a bowl with 1/4 cup etc on it well I have just found one.

Its available form Great Ideas in Nutrition www.greatideas.net.au there is a mellamine or porcelain bowls and plates separately or as a pack with bowl/plate and portion control book for sleevers. I found the mellamine bowl at my local pharmacy for $9.95
