Thanks Tracey

I just made a tuna, soy bean, chick pea, red bean and crushed tomato puree.

Tastes great!

Will post any new inventions I come up with over the next few weeks.

Hi cj

If you can handle the texture of purred meats that's much more filling also can still have optifast shakes with skim milk for extra protein and more filling. I found puree stage is the hardest of all. Hang in there goodluck.

Hi there ...

Day 5 post-op, in puree stage and I can't seem to get enough food at the moment.

I can easily eat the following and still want more ...

* 100ml home made blended vegetable soup
* 100ml low fat yoghurt
* 100ml low fat jelly
* 100ml low fat custard

Does this sound right? Should I eat more? No nausea or vomiting. No pain or strains.

If anyone can offer some high protein and filling puree recipes, I'd certainly appreciate it!

Thanks.
