Hi all,
Thought i would update on my morning find. I am 5 weeks out and still getting hungry and not feeling too full. However this morning i had a coffee and then 1 1/2 hours later i have just sat down to half a punnet of chopped strawberries. To my suprise i am stuffed!!! In fact i should have stopped a little earlier as my tummy is a bit off now. But i am so happy to find a healthy filling snack.
Has anyone else found this?
What foods are you eating that are keeping you full?
