My dietitians "special" tip (although I'd already heard it on here, lol) was that Cruskits turn to puree in your mouth. I used to enjoy them with avocado or cream cheese with or without a little bit of smoked salmon.  Towards the end of my puree stage I also found that another kind of cracker we had pureed well in my mouth (little round ones) and I used to have a little bit of brie or Mersey Valley spreadable cheese on 3 of them.

Obviously there's always yoghurt, custard and stewed fruit.

By the by, pity avocados are so expensive at the moment :(

I've been having cottage cheese and tuna blended. Could also use ricotta.

Hi guys,
I'm due to start back at work next week and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for cold puree recipes? I've been doing great with the high protein casseroles etc but I will not have access to heating most work days so I'm looking for things that still fit the bill, with no reheating. I have a recipe for hummus with tofu which I plan to try but that's about it. Any suggestions welcome and appreciated.
Thanks.
