First topic message reminder :

hi guys,

Have been lurking on the site for a while - really good to see other people's experiences.

I have my first appointment with Dr Greenslade laster this month - getting excited now and also a little apprehensive.

I only have a BMI of 35 however have sever Sleep Apnea (RDI 115 - never seen anyone with results this high) and also borderline diabetes and family history of heart disease.

Hopefully i will be accepted for the sleeve.

I have a appointment with Dr Greenslade on the 23rd of this month. I am very excited by very nervous at the same time.

I also have a BMI of 35 but i also have Type II Diabetes which has to be controlled by tablets.

I don't think you will have any troubles with being accepted for the surgery as this should help with you sleep apnea.

When do you see Dr Greenslade?
