congrats on making the step and having your surgery booked in that in itself is huge! Stick in there with the opti; it has it's moments of getting to you that much i know!

I'm a bit worried about you though...you're not complaining about the opti? You're not one of the strange minority on this site who actually LIKES the stuff are you? (come to think of it I voluntarily eat the cappuccino bars so I guess I shouldn't be talking)...

There are lots of great stories to read, info to find and people to get to know on this site. If you haven't already found the august 2012 topic, drop into it via the sleevers monthly thread...this is a great spot to find other people going through exactly the same things as you at the same time.

The site is also fantastic for another reason...when you're struggling with the opti diet you can come on here and spend hours exploring and chatting...which takes your mind off both any real hunger and the head hunger.

I have my sleeve booked in for August 2nd 2012 & am getting excited & nervous all at the same time!!

Started the Opti diet on Friday 13th so will be just shy of 3 weeks on that. So far so good.

Looking forward to getting to know some of you & learning heaps.
