make sure its room tempreture and tiny tiny sips no gulps.see how you go

Hi all, long time reader, first time poster

I was sleeved 4 days ago and have been experiencing chest pain when trying to sip water, and im only just sipping tiny amounts. Nothing feels like it wants to go down and i wanted to know if any one else has had this problem. Thanks!
