Hope you are all well. Im new to this forum.
Looking for anyone that can help me.. I'm looking to get some further information around moving from band to sleeve with the Adelaide Bariatric centre.. I was banded back in 2010.. and from then until now I've had small to no weight loss, so looking to move to sleeve.
- Does anyone know how much it costs to have band removed and sleeve completed?
- What is the recovery period like? How long did you take off of work?
- Im also concerned that there may be complications with my band (having quite bad pain in my stomach area reaching and in my lower back. Can eat and drink fine, but the feeling almost feels like a really bad hunger pain..but not hungry.)
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Im booked in to have a chat with them next week, but would like to see if I can gain some info beforehand.
