Hi Paul
I would be very interested in hearing about your personal experience. Thank you for offering.
Ann

Hi all. Well, had my gastric sleeve 10 weeks ago today. I had 100kg of excess weight, and have lost 20 kg since the op. I also lost 20 kg in the run up to the op. So 40 kg down, 60 to go!

I will have my sleeve 'converted' to a bypass when I have lost another 30kg (50% of excess weight)

I was onto most foods after about 4 weeks, and now can eat more or less anything, though 4 to 5 mouthfulls is my limit; I am full as a whatever after that!

Obviously I feel much better and have a much much brighter outlook on life. I saw my surgeon on Monday just gone and asked him if he did a bypass for dogs as she is getting all my left over food and is getting bigger as I get smaller!

Regards, and thanks for messages,
Paul.

And.....if you have any particular questions then just ask!
