| I am waiting on my folding recumbent bike. FedEx has it, they just can't make it to my door with all the snow in our subdivision. After I get it, I may be able to burn some calories to help. I think right now, I am almost eating at a maintenance level of calories and I really don't want to drop any lower. | |

| HI
I am also in Auckland - Henderson and my surgeon was Mr Michael Booth as well i am nearly 9 months out and have lost just shy of 40kgs - Polly41 will you be coming to the monthly group sessions that Michael has? I go monthly and they are great - find out lots of info and talk to others who have also had the surgery!
There is someone else on here who is from Waiheke as well - look in the forum "where are all the kiwis"
If anyone want to organise a catch up i would be interested - maybe after you have had your surgery?
Talk soon

| Hi Saltmistrose. Couldn't believe it when you said you live on Waiheke Island. So do I! Maybe we could meet up for a coffee (or an Optifast!). Will PM you with my details. | |

| Hi Ladies: I am wishing you both well on your upcoming surgeries. I am just over 16 weeks post op., and believe I am doing very well. I see that Natalie is in today having surgery and that Paulette is scheduled for the 4th of April. Hope all goes well for both of you. BTW, I live on Waiheke Island. Stay strong and be well, both of you! | |
