Auckland Meet Up Early 2010

Hi I would love to meet please tell me where and when.
How long after a sleeve can you drive?

Hi all and Happy New Year. Regarding the Auckland meet up can those who are still in the thinking about getting sleeved phase of things attend this meeting? It would be great to hear your stories first hand and meet others who have been there and done that.

Ooh, Kiwichick, I think you'll have a terrific time.
I met my hubby on a cruise 20 years ago - well, it will be on January 7th, hence the 20th anniversary cruise! That time, I left just after Christmas and had New Year on board, and it was great.
This time, we leave Melbourne on 3rd January - I just tried to see when we'll be in Auckland, but the site won't play!

We are going on the new P&O superliner - can't remember what it's called. Leaving from Auckland and going to Vanuatu, Noumea and somewhere else and heading back to Auckland. It's only 8 nights but we will be onboard for Christmas Day - can't wait - I have heard having christmas on board a ship is awesome - all that yummy food - hopefully I am back to eating normal food by then and not at a liquid/mushie/soft food stage

We're cruising from Melbourne to New Zealand and back again, leaving on 3rd January, for 13 nights. Will have to wait until closer to the time re meeting up, depending on what we're doing. Would be fun though!

oh dear..I'm away overseas the couple of weeks you have mentioned! I wuld have loved to have been there otherwise! Hope you all do manage to get together.

With enough notice and if flights were good I could look at coming up from Chch.

I'm being sleeved 23 Feb, but I would be really keep to meetup sometime after my op. I will probably need the help/support be then!!
