| Hi bb0701
I'm also day 6 post sleeve, and yes I can drink a full up and go over 30 mins on occasion, other times I can only fit in a half, I think that its OK so long as you give yourself time to get the full feeling. As Hollie said check out the August sleevers, theres a lot of us to compare notes with there.

| Hi BB0701 - I was sleeved six days ago as well, and can only finish half an up n go at a time so 125ml... if you pop over to the August 2012 thread, several of us have discussed what we can and can't fit in out little tummys, it is interesting to see how the sleeve varies from person to person. Good luck with journey! | |

| I'm probably just being paranoid, I want to make sure that I am doing this all properly.
Tonight for dinner I had an up n go, had no issues with drinking the full 250ml over 30 mins. Does it sound right or too much?
