| Hi, glad you are home safely,it is normal to feel a bit blah as it is still quite big upheaval in your stomach plus the gas mans hit affects some people. Keep up the fluids,clear soups,icy poles,up and go protein drinks,melted ice cream.In the early stages the medics are never too worried what liquids you have as it is very important to keep them up no matter what or you will get dehydrated ,keep sipping away and as your stomach settles it will get easier.well done. | |

| I all I am currently 4 days post op and came home today! Feeling really weak and blerr which I'm assuming is normal. My question is what are some things I can eat?, I think I'm mourning chewing lol I would give anything for a piece of toast with vegemite lol
Today I have has sips of Gatorade, 100 mls of chocolate opti and icy pole, on and off sips of other fluids!
What else is there to have ?.. | |
