I have searched the forums and could not find much on knee arthritis. I was diagnosed at 44 and was only overweight then. I also have bakers cysts, which is a buildup of joint fluid (synovial fluid) that forms behind the knee.
I used to love bushwalking and want to do it again. If I go and exercise the bakers cyst flares up and I get pain when walking after and a tightness.
I was really hoping that after losing a lot of weight that this would be greatly relieved. The most I could get from my surgeon is that it should help it as the joints do not have so much weight to bear.
Does anyone else have this and has it improved since the sleeve?
