False alarm. Rang super fund and they apologised. They didn't read the authorisation from DHS and are sending a priority cheque out today. Phew!!!

Ok WTF! I get a letter from DHS saying they have approved me to have my super released for surgery, but my super fund has replied I don't have enough in unpreserved benefits for them to release it! I didn't think it would matter if I was using my preserved or unpreserved amount! Has anyone got any advice? Totally devo'd :-(
