I stuck to lots of soups, even the campbells cream of chicken, just strained etc. I couldn't find Velish soups in my area unfortunately. | |

| custard, the little packs of pureed fruit you can either add to custard or yoghurt, some tetra packs of sustagen, Up n Go. That is all I can think of at the moment, but will add more if I can think of it | |

| I had pumpkin velish no problem, I didn't strain it, but instead added a little water and milk to make it a lighter consistency like the soup they served in the hospital. | |

| Have you got soluble panadol?
I fount icy poles a blessing - the little cooly pop things in the plastic wraps, can get fruit juice ones.
Maybe some imodium and hydrolyte( fluid replacement solution to freeze) from chemist in case you get the trots or vomitting

| Hi all, I need to shop this weekend for when I get home from hospital. These are my thoughts so far for when I'm on liquids Up and go V8 fruit and vege juice supradyn multi drinking yoghurt velish soups (will they be liquid enough?) strawberry opti peppermint tea protein powder Doesn't look much, is there anything I have missed that i will need. I want to be organised and I am the only grown up living at my house (except for the 20yr old son) again i am the only grown up in my house lol!!!!! | |
