P30 Musashi protein drinks ...

I stuck to lots of soups, even the campbells cream of chicken, just strained etc. I couldn't find Velish soups in my area unfortunately.

I had pumpkin velish no problem, I didn't strain it, but instead added a little water and milk to make it a lighter consistency like the soup they served in the hospital.

Velish soups are yummy.

I just strained the bits out of it and added some protein powder

I fount icy poles a blessing - the little cooly pop things in the plastic wraps, can get fruit juice ones.

Maybe some imodium and hydrolyte( fluid replacement solution to freeze) from chemist in case you get the trots or vomitting

These are my thoughts so far for when I'm on liquids

V8 fruit and vege juice

supradyn multi

drinking yoghurt

velish soups (will they be liquid enough?)

strawberry opti

peppermint tea

protein powder

Doesn't look much, is there anything I have missed that i will need. I want to be organised and I am the only grown up living at my house (except for the 20yr old son) again i am the only grown up in my house lol!!!!!
