| Hi VC - this scheme has been in operation for a couple of years now, and is being cut as at December this year. As far as I've heard, there will be nothing to replace it. So get in quick, everyone! | |

| Hi Everyone, I've just discovered I'm eligible for extra dental work through Medicare as I've Reflux. From reading the forums I gather that a few of us now have reflux after our surgery so thought others might be interested in this current program run between GPs,Medicare and Dentists. This particular one finishes in December but a new one might take it's place. My eligibility was due to reflux but there are other conditions that will also provide you with it. Once you have a letter from your GP you hand it to your dentist and are then able to source approx $4500 of free dental treatment.
