| Yep liteneasy are great.... the food has improved a lot since I used it over 10 years ago!. The mini meals, soups etc are really lovely. There are the extra choices now too if you just want to order breakfast, lunch or lunch and dinner etc etc... I go for the 1200 calories and it is plenty!!!! | |

| lite and easy also do 'Mini meals' and 'meals in a bowl', they r advertised as great for lunch or light dinner but would be a better size for sleevers than the dinners I think from memory (it has been nearly two years since I last did lite n easy). There isnt as big variety as the dinners of course but about 10 meals to choose from.
I am now 4 weeks out and am thinking of ordering some to have in the freezer in a couple more weeks for those nights when u really cant be bothered cooking and saves you making bad food choices!
Check out their website, some of them look pretty yummy x

| What about coles online?
Can you get some weight watchers or lean cuisine meals? I find they are a good price, lots of variety and low in fat.
But I dont know if they can send them to you.
Worth a try?

| I did lite n easy years ago and lost heaps.
I did lite n easy post sleeve and in 10wks lost 1kg!!!! yes 1....damn it
The dinner meals are way too big but you cant really save it for another night as it would taste crappy...I can now eat about 3/4 of a meal easily but I would wait 15min and finish it...saying that surely thats not why I didnt lose weight....

| I have used Lite n Easy, meals are great. Dinner would be too big now, probably get 2 meals out of it.
I lost 16 kgs pre op on Lite n Easy!

| I have heard great things about Lite n Easy - a girl I worked with used their service for weeks on end and lost heaps!!!
I would like to get their dinners as a non-cooking treat one week but they are quite pricey....

| Oh, I forgot to mention if you are not a member of JC, you will have to join.
I have a lifetime membership, so I forget that I can just buy meals when I want :)

| I like some of the Jenny Craig meals.
Delivery via courier is available in some areas. Ring the nearest centre and ask. ph:1800453669
There is no way I could eat a whole meal now though. One dinner is 3 serves for me. lol
I liked all the chicken meals, chilli con carne, minestrone, lasagne, beef casserole & pasta (mmmm yummo) and all the snacks. The breakfast beans are nice and I HATE baked beans.
I am trying to eat with my hubby and kids, so I just have a really small meat and veg portion of whatever I am cooking for them.
A guy at work gets Lite N easy and his meals look awesome & he says they taste great. His are delivered.
I will eat almost anything, even plane food, and I enjoy most frozen meals from the supermarket.

| Lite n easy meals are excellent. I have used their service many times before I was sleeved (but didn't follow their diet plan).
Their meals are not like lean cuisine/weight watchers/healthy choice. Instead they taste like real home cooked meals. Their macaroni cheese is the best I've ever had.
The portion sizes (of evening meals) are very generous, so one dinner will last you two, perhaps even 3 meals depending on what it is.
I was thinking of ordering some myself for the freezer. I hate cooking too.
Good luck x | |

| http://liteneasy.com.au/nova/index.html is one. No idea if they are any good, I haven't researched this area. Do Jenny Craig and Weight Watchers deliver? Again, no idea if they are any good. Let us know what you think! | |
