| This is my yummy weekend breakfast; toast a slice/half slice of grain/seed bread, top with avocado,smoked salmon & soft poached egg....mmm omega 3s & other good & needed fat, lots of protein, vitamins & some greens as well. | |

| Baked Beans, Cheese and Avocado on toast Toast a slice of Burgens Soy-Lin and top with 1/4 sliced avocado, slice Coon Light and tasty Cheese and 130 gms can baked beans (heated). Total Protein: 23 gms
Egg, Cheese and Avocado on toast Toast a slice of Burgens Soy-Lin and top with 1/4 sliced avocado, slice Coon Light and tasty Cheese and 1 egg fried in spray oil Total Protein: 23.75 gms
Bacon, Egg and BBQ sauce on toast Toast a slice of Burgens Soy-Lin and top with BBQ sauce, 40 gms short cut bacon (all fat trimed) and 1 fried egg (bacon and egg cooked in spray oil). Total Protein: 20.75 gms
Note: Burgen Soy-Lin Bread are small slices but 6.45 gms of protein per slice. | |
