i went back to work monday and we were sleeved on same day - the desk annoys me when it touches my belly lol

i find i can drink a lot more, easier, at work too..

good luck! i was exhausted after first day (but i also have 2 small kids to run after) but it was good!

Just make sure you don't lift anything heavy for at least 8 weeks, even if you do feel fine, your tummy is still healing!...

keep protein and water up....I didn't feel fully well until 3 months later when finally I got all of my energy back.

Hi Everyone!

Tomorrow is my first day back at workies - i was sleeved a week & one day ago.

I feel fine to go back, not feeling sore (minus a lil where the actual op took place - bareable) - & not too tired anymore.

Just wondering if there is any Do's & Dont's that you could recommend ?

I have an office job, so im basciallly sitting at a table, most of the day.

Thanks Guys
