| Just make sure you don't lift anything heavy for at least 8 weeks, even if you do feel fine, your tummy is still healing!...
keep protein and water up....I didn't feel fully well until 3 months later when finally I got all of my energy back. | |

| Hi Everyone! Tomorrow is my first day back at workies - i was sleeved a week & one day ago. I feel fine to go back, not feeling sore (minus a lil where the actual op took place - bareable) - & not too tired anymore. Just wondering if there is any Do's & Dont's that you could recommend ? I have an office job, so im basciallly sitting at a table, most of the day. Thanks Guys | |
