| so 4 weeks ago you were 1 month out?
so i might be ok to start next week being 5 weeks out? I did go to the gym last week (3 weeks out) and it felt REALLY good but i think i over did it cause i was a little sick the next day! I HATE walking so im trying to find something i love! - i won't get a review until I'm 7 weeks out thanks to a misunderstanding with the surgeon and i don't want to wait that long!! | |

| I've started a pilates class (four weeks ago) and LOVE it!! My dietician recommended some toning work, and the thought of hanging at the gym with all the big scary blokes did not appeal!! I've found pilates (which is very similar to yoga) fantastic for making me feel toned and terriffic - and according to my pilates instructor it actually tones our insides as well as our outside. Just a word of advice: I would mention that you have not long had surgery to the instructor - there are a few modified moves that can be thrown in so you don't hurt yourself. Good luck, I hope you enjoy the class! | |
