I always wondered how hard it was for beginners - I liked Pilates but wasn't good at the breathing part! I have never done yoga but would like to.. I need the serenity! You have inspired me to try it, thanks!

Just wanted to report that today I attended my very first Bikrham Yoga class!

It was fantastic, I think you should all add it to the bucket list....

Its a total of 26 stretches/movements in 90 mins, in a room of 40 degrees heat....

Can report it was very very hot, but very relaxing at the same time, very peaceful and almost spiritual....

You are not allowed to talk or giggle, that part was difficult for me, I went with my sister and she said she has never seen be so quiet....anyway if you get a chance give it a go...you will survive I did!

Great experience .....I would give it 5 stars..
