| Hi Gail No I am not taking reflux medication but perhaps I will. I go back to work tomorrow and will see how I feel. I just went to see my surgeon for the first follow up and he was pretty happy with my progress. The only downs were that I haven't been eating enough protein or getting enough vitamins so I just ordered some Nutrichews.
Anyway small steps. Cheers and thanks for your kind words. Geoff

| Hi Geoff, Are you taking an anti reflux medication, if not this may be one of the problems. The other with the nausea and stomach aches is that even though we think that we are being really careful we eat or drink too fast. Try slowing down and see if that helps.
As to the technical stuff, I am particularly challenged when it comes to anything technical so no help there.
Cheers Gail | |

| Hello and welcome Geoff.
Congrats on the 20 kilo loss so far.
I think one of the administrators will be able to fix the dates on the side.

| Hi everyone
48 year old Geoff from Sydney here three weeks today after my surgery (24/2/2010). I had a GP check up today and have lost 20kg down from 143kg in 5 weeks. I am pretty happy with that but am not enjoying constant stomach aches and nausea. Hopefully this will improve. Regards Geoff
PS how come the dates on the left are so weird? How do I change them?
