| Thanks Lexi
I think I will keep a diary. I've been reading some of them, and they seem like a great idea. | |

| Hello, I'm new to the forum. I am having surgery 13 January, and start my pre-op fast in 3 days. I'm a little nervous about getting through 2 weeks of optifast, but I am looking forward to the surgery and changing my life. I'm here to connect and give/receive support. Spunkygirl | |
