| Thanx to all for yr help, I am very excited to join this forum. I was sleeved on 28th Sept 2009. Starting weight 112 and have lost 18.2kg so far, I have not told any of my family about my surgery except for my Husband (of course), kids, my mum and my brother & his wife and a couple of very close friends. I come from an ethenic background and they wouln't understand. No one has noticed any difference in my eating habbit, i just say that i have cut down my portions so i can loose weight and that seems to have worked cause no one has suspected a thing. I can eat just about everything, and am very supprised i can manage a whole toasted sandwich for lunch?
Must go now off to X-Mas lunch.
Merry X-Mas to all and look forward to loging back on later 2nite.

| Hi Fifi
I had a hard time with this also but eventually got it:Go Here
http://www.tickerfactory.com/ezticker/ticker_designer.php
Select the weight loss one or whichever applies Fill in your details Save your URL and PIN Once your ticker is done it produces a code call html Copy the code Go to your profile then signature and in the html field paste it there.
When you want to update-you go back to the ticker url you saved, update your details etc.. copy the code and paste it over your last update. | |
