Hi has anyone had Dr Liew from the Gold Coast do the surgery for the Gastric Sleeve?  I have full PHI and i have been told by several people that it costs $800 with full PHI.  is true or not.  seems too good to be true but the reason i have been told is he doesnt charge out of pocket for PHI...
