Early Release of Super, Centrelink and tax. Help please!

From my research yes it does because you will pay tax, in saying that it depends on if you have income and what it will add up to come end of financial year

I am hoping to get a gastric sleeve in a few months time.
I want to know does accessing your super early affect Centrelink payments? I am a single parent. I do work, however not enough to cover what will be left to pay after private health. So I do still receive Centrelink. I don't want to access super and then find out I won't be able to pay rent, bills etc.
I have read that you get taxed on accessing super early, so does it affect your tax return and go on as income or what happens?
If it is going to put me in a seriously bad financial situation then I wont be able to get the surgery at all
