I love hommus but I think it could be a bit rich to eat on its own.  Maybe try some mashed veges with a cheese sauce, yoghurt with pureed fruit, a blended up stew or soup, some mashed avocado etc.

Hi all,

I had my first purée meal today, which was a few mouthfuls of hummous.

Immediately after it, I couldn't stop releasing gas and my tummy was making all kinds of interesting sounds. Quite loud too!

I go back to work on Monday and I'm worried that this will continue in public.

Is it a common reaction? Does it pass?
I'm really hoping I won't be feeling like this after every meal.

Thanks in advance  for your advice
