Hello, I have just started my pre op optifast and was wondering if anyone had any words of wisdom for me? Technically I'm meant to start next week, but I wanted to start it a bit earlier, so that if I did have any slip ups I could work though them and find solutions so it doesn't happen when it counts. How did you deal with having to cook for family and stop yourself from having any, I was awesome all day, then I had to cook my kids dinner and wow that was hard, stupid thing was I wasn't even that hungry it just was in my face and I had a mouth full, I was so angry with myself :( HELP!! Anyone
