I have only lost 18kg with my lap band which was done in Sydney. I recently moved to Melbourne and saw Dr Adam Skidmore who told me that I needed a sleeve gastrectomy. I was going to have surgery but got scared and cancelled when I found out that he had been banned from operating because of his high rate of complications! -

Just saw my doctor today and waiting now for a date. Sooooo excited. My band's been out since February.

Philip told them that Dr Skidmore's patients have a Facebook group and I'd love to join it. Tara? Are you there? Could you join me up with the group please?
