Well done everyone.
I'm pretty happy weighing in at 91.9 this am (we were away over the weekend) So I exceeded both my goals and I am now officially weighing less than when I fell pregnant with our daughter 6years ago - WOOHOO!!! pretty damn happy about that effort!

Mums Day Challenge 787760Well done everyone :)

Weight up and done like a yo-yo and trying not too worry due to health issues. Kicking butt fitness wise though. Had a Mums day family picnic yesterday and was running amok for over 3 hrs with Cass and her cousins. Proving that I am the 'coolest' Aunty in town lol. We playing chasy, I was a monster, climibing ropes, slide down slides (my butt fitted) and climbing them too. The best playground I've been too.

My bro said I was going to be the fittest person in our family. And that's with not being at my full potential yet. I indulged abit food wise but that's ok, not extreme portion wise. Got abit hungry latter that night. I'll repost this in my diary anyway :)

Well good on you all; you have at least not put on any or incredible losses. Me, well 1.3 since the start of the challenge is better than I hoped for; not as much as I wanted. At least this week am back at 69-7kgs after putting on some last week. Still up/down, up/down. All the best to your all.

I won't make it to 6kg by MD but I'm happy to be plodding along
I'm now 1.9kg past my realistic goal and 4.1kg away from my dream goal!

WOW....that's really really great. Please please share the secret. 8 kg in 8 weeks is great...!!
LOL sorry, I have no secret - I believe I've just been very lucky!!
I am not an active person, I might go to the gym once a week, but it's more of a social visit lol
I mostly choose high protein for each meal, pass on carbs and empty fillers, and I never push past the full feeling.
I'm terrible with water and am lucky to get in 600mls for the day.
Maybe is just happiness that is doing it for me - because I'm extremely happy :)
Life is good - love my sleeve <3

Made my mums day target today! 95 kilos. Going to go op shopping next week in search of a jacket, I'm getting cold! But today we celebrate with $7 Kmart jeans, lol.

I was walking in the park with my daughter in the park yesterday and she wanted to run with me, I got 3 steps and my pants fell down! Lol

My scales are slowing down - no doubt due to the big nights out I've been having.
600gm loss this week.
I won't make M'day goal - but I'm still keen for anything to come off :)

WOW we are all going fine; even a stall is better than a gain. Down 200 gms today; this challenge is working; having stalled and up and down for over a year; finally on the move even if very slowly. I will take any loss.

After the scales being on halt for weeks they've finally budged - I'm now down 93.8kg and that means I've reached my first Mums Day goal of 94kg!!! Now to see if I can make the 92kg in the next 2 weeks!
