I live in Belmont as well, don't let the stories scare you I've read a few lately as well but there are many many more successes.  I am on holidays over the next 2 weeks so any time is pretty good for me (except Monday having the car serviced)

I am going to Sydney to have my sleeve done on the 25th July so we will be going through it together,  we can share the ups and downs.   Like you I am full of enthusiasm but scared as well, only a few select family and friends know I am having the op so without this forum I would go nuts.

If you need to meet up and have a coffee before the op let me know and we can have a natter about the good bad and the ugly of what we are going through and how we are going to blossom after it.

Hi Hopeful, this is my first ever post, anywhere! been looking over this site for a few months now. Finally, taken the plunge to post, hope i've got it right. having sleeve op on 22 July at Lake Mac Private and no one knows that i am absolutely terrified. Just feels good to tell someone.
