I just posted on your other thread about having a drink when you feel hungry shortly after eating. Waiting your 30 minutes of course. I found this helped me in the beginning.

Hi all
I am finding my appetite is ever so present lately. I am now 4 weeks post op and just feel hungry all the time.
Is this normal. Mind you, when I do eat, I can only eat to the limits of my new stomach.
