Im 3 weeks post op and just got the ok to go onto soft foods. Im very curious about what ppl's daily food intake would normally look like during this time period. COuld i ask if you are anywhere between 3 weeks - 3 months post op, what you normal eat from morning to night? Just so i can compare my intake of food? I dont know if im eating too little or not enough! Thanks!
