Its hard to asnwer that question, since every fund is so different.
All I will say is make sure you get them to confirm that the cover you choose does include bariatric surgery. Most that I have seen only include it in top cover, but I haven't looked for a while. I just stuck with the same one I already had, upped it to full cover and have just kept it there.
