Hi everyone

Has anyone else experienced diorrhea during the pre-op diet? During the days I have been fine but last night and tonight (day 3 and 4) I had really watery diarrhoea (like virtually liquid). No cramping, more like diarrhoea by stealth which is really unpleasant because it just sort of hits you. I feel quite well otherwise. A friend suggested it could be the artificial sugar in Optifast?

Any ideas??

I will call my dietician on Monday but looking forward to any advice as I am following the plan really closely and don't want to stop :(
