There is a GSA group, GSA recipes, GSA Plastic Surgery, GSA long -termers (6 months post-op or more). If you PM me your email address, I can get the process started. You will receive an email to join the group, and after one of the admins approves it you will be able to access the group. They are all closed groups with access via invite only. I strongly recommend the GSA group and the Recipe group.

there are two fb groups that I am on and they are great like here :)

I'd love to join such a group too (love the privacy of those closed groups - hate the idea of my whole newsfeed seeing comments on open groups... lol).

Hi,
 I believe there is a facebook page which you need someone to invite you if you are awaiting the sleeve operation. I would love to be involved as I have heard they have get togethers etc. Is anyone involved in this group and willing to invite me  I am waiting for me private insurance to mature before I have the surgery and the wait is so hard and hope I can speak to others in same position

No your friends you have on facebook cant see any comments or posts you do in these groups, they are private to the people in the group only. All the ones Ive joined have been private anyway, if your not sure just ask someone on the site in a personal message, And I always join ones that say there a group and not a page, if you get me.

There alot but the best I like is one called Gastric Sleevers Australia, its a closed group so you have to request an invite to the group. Most of the other ones im in are American ones, they are good but when their talking about food and medication its stuff that we don't get a lot of here if you know what I mean,just put gastric sleeve in your facebook search and you'll find them.
